The latest fitness game from Nintendo is the Wii Fit, which gives you much

while still keeping the balance while landing. If you lean forward, you
will go faster, and the acceleration will continue for as long as you keep
leaning.

When you play Football on the Wii, you get balanced on the board by moving
to get the balls that are thrown at you, and you also try to avoid other
objects that are thrown towards you.

The Wii Balance Board is a scale that make sure of the latest gyroscopic
technology. It's white and slim and it measures how the player's balance
modifies. It has pressure sensors inside, and it's capable of detecting
whether the player moves, leans or jumps during the action that takes
place on the screen. The balance board can be used by any player,
regardless of weight.

By burning calories, the effect of staying on the couch with the old
consoles is cancelled, and it can be used as a way to stay thin or lose
weight.
